Roast Level: Darker Medium Roast
Region: Brazil, Colombia Blend
Altitude: 900-2000m
Process: Mixed
Tasting Notes: Chocolate • Caramel • Cherry • Roasted Almond
Golden Hour Espresso is the blend we reach for when we want a bold, full-bodied shot that still dances with flavor. Made from Brazilian and Colombian beans, t’s designed for espresso but shines in any milk-based drink too.
Expect a rich, syrupy body with deep chocolate and caramel notes, complemented by a subtle hint of dried cherry and roasted almond. We roast each batch medium-dark, allowing the chocolate and caramel to develop fully while keeping the fruit brightness alive, creating a smooth, layered espresso experience.
Why we love it: it hits that sweet spot between bold and balanced—powerful in flavor but smooth on the palate, perfect for straight shots or lattes alike.

When is the coffee roasted?
We roast our coffee bi-weekly in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Every batch is roasted in-house, giving us full control over quality and flavor. This approach means the coffee you receive is recently roasted and ready to deliver its full potential.
Why do you only offer whole bean coffee?
Whole beans lock in flavor and aroma much better than pre-ground coffee. Grinding at home just before brewing gives you the freshest, most flavorful cup every time.
What are tasting notes?
Tasting notes highlight the flavors you can expect from each coffee. They help guide you to a coffee you’ll enjoy—whether it’s chocolatey, fruity, floral, or nutty. Each of our coffees has carefully curated tasting notes to reflect the unique character of the beans. Tasting notes are interpretative.
How long does coffee stay fresh?
While coffee can be enjoyed for a long time, Whole beans are best within 3–4 weeks of roasting.
Keep your coffee beans in the original pouch, sealed and store ,in a cool, dark place —room temperature storage is best for maintaining flavor and aroma.
We split 16oz into two 8oz bags to preserve freshness. Coffee starts to lose flavor once opened, so smaller bags let you enjoy your coffee at its peak, one bag at a time.
What type of coffee are these beans for?
Our beans can be enjoyed with any brewing method. We recommend grinding fresh at home to match your brewing method.
