The real organic cocoa used in this syrup is grown at a small, regenerative organic farm in the same area as one of our coffee bean farms in Quindio, Colombia. By purchasing this syrup, you're not only supporting the local farmers, you're also getting a syrup that compliments our beans perfectly.
Because our syrups are made with natural ingredients and no stabilizers, sugar may crystallize—especially when refrigerated. If this happens, gently warm the bottle in a warm water bath, or add a small amount of hot water and swirl to dissolve.
