Whole Bean or Ground?
All of our coffee ships as whole bean.
We always recommend purchasing whole bean coffee whenever possible. Once coffee is ground, it begins losing its aroma and freshness much more quickly. Grinding immediately before brewing preserves the flavors and sweetness the coffee was carefully roasted to develop.
If you own a grinder, whole bean coffee will consistently give you the freshest and most flavorful cup.
Don't Own a Grinder?
That's completely okay. If you're ordering for local pickup at our coffee trailer, we'll grind your coffee at no additional cost before you leave.
Simply purchase your coffee for pickup and let us know how you brew your coffee at home. We'll grind it fresh to match your brewing method.
Available Grind Sizes
We currently offer grinding for:
- Drip Coffee
- Pour Over
- French Press
- Cold Brew
Each brewing method requires a different grind size, and using the correct one helps you get the best flavor from your coffee.
Why We Don't Ship Pre-Ground Coffee
We believe great coffee starts with freshness. Ground coffee loses its aroma much faster than whole beans during shipping and storage.
By offering complimentary grinding at pickup instead, you receive coffee that's as fresh as possible while still ready to brew when you get home.
Whether you choose whole bean or freshly ground, every bag is roasted in small batches and crafted to help you brew an exceptional cup.
The First Release Bundle brings together the 3 coffees that define Good Grounds. All coffees are made for everyday drinking and crafted to showcase balance, clarity, and origin character across three distinct expressions. This bundle comes with 3 x 8oz bags.
Foundation, a washed Castillo from Juan & Juli in Buenavista, Quindío. Clean and comforting, it delivers classic notes of chocolate, caramel, and soft fruit—your go-to drip coffee and a dependable daily driver.
Golden Hour, our espresso blend sourced from three Colombian farms. Designed for versatility, it’s sweet, smooth, and structured—built to perform in milk drinks while staying expressive as a straight espresso.
Daybreak, a washed Pink Bourbon from Alejandro Ariza in Inzá, Cauca. Bright, floral, and layered with stone fruit and citrus character, it’s the most expressive cup in the lineup and perfect for pour-over or filter brewing.
