Whole Bean or Ground?
All of our coffee ships as whole bean.
We always recommend purchasing whole bean coffee whenever possible. Once coffee is ground, it begins losing its aroma and freshness much more quickly. Grinding immediately before brewing preserves the flavors and sweetness the coffee was carefully roasted to develop.
If you own a grinder, whole bean coffee will consistently give you the freshest and most flavorful cup.
Don't Own a Grinder?
That's completely okay. If you're ordering for local pickup at our coffee trailer, we'll grind your coffee at no additional cost before you leave.
Simply purchase your coffee for pickup and let us know how you brew your coffee at home. We'll grind it fresh to match your brewing method.
Available Grind Sizes
We currently offer grinding for:
- Drip Coffee
- Pour Over
- French Press
- Cold Brew
Each brewing method requires a different grind size, and using the correct one helps you get the best flavor from your coffee.
Why We Don't Ship Pre-Ground Coffee
We believe great coffee starts with freshness. Ground coffee loses its aroma much faster than whole beans during shipping and storage.
By offering complimentary grinding at pickup instead, you receive coffee that's as fresh as possible while still ready to brew when you get home.
Whether you choose whole bean or freshly ground, every bag is roasted in small batches and crafted to help you brew an exceptional cup.
Crafted as our go-to espresso, GOLDEN HOUR is sweet, versatile, and built with a rich chocolate foundation layered with vibrant tropical accents. Each cup unfolds as a full flavor journey. Great in milk drinks or brewed black, it’s a reliable and rewarding coffee for every day brewing.
Best for: Espresso drinks like lattes and iced coffee, and anyone who wants a sweeter, more expressive introduction to specialty coffee.
