Subscriptions

How Subscriptions Work

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.
  • Payment details are stored securely. You will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.

Timing of Shipments

  • Subscription deliveries are dependent on our roasting schedule to ensure the freshest coffee possible.
  • Because our coffee is roasted in small batches, shipment dates may not always fall on the exact same day each month. Your order will ship as soon as it is freshly roasted.

Managing Your Subscription

  • You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.
  • Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.
  • Changes may include adjusting delivery frequency, skipping a shipment, or modifying your product selection.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled shipment to avoid charges.

Pre-Orders

How Pre-Orders Work

  • When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product not yet in inventory.
  • Payment may be collected in full or as a deposit at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored for any remaining balance.
  • Pre-order shipments are determined by our roasting schedule. We will ship your order as soon as it is freshly roasted, so delivery dates may not always fall on the same day each month.

Managing Your Pre-Order

  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

  • For fulfilled pre-orders, you may request a full or partial refund if there is an issue with your order.
