Order Processing
All orders are roasted and prepared with care. Once your order is received, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.
If your selected coffee is currently unavailable, your order will automatically be fulfilled on our next roast date to ensure you receive the freshest product possible.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times shown at checkout reflect carrier transit times only and do not include order processing or roasting time.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Tracking & Responsibility
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within select areas.

- If a delivery cannot be completed (e.g., unsafe conditions, inaccessible location, or incorrect address), the order may be canceled or rescheduled
