Coffee (Perishable Items)

Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on coffee.

That said, if something isn’t right, we want to fix it. If your order arrives with a defect or there’s an issue with what you received, please reach out within 14 days of delivery at coffee@goodgroundsfl.com

We’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, support with brewing, or another solution.


Merchandise (Non-Coffee Items)

For all non-coffee items, we accept returns or refunds within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, defective, or damaged.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Proof of issue is required

To start a return, email coffee@goodgroundsfl.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the defect or damage
