Visiting our next farm!

We’re excited to share that we’ll be traveling throughout Colombia, visiting multiple renowned coffee-growing regions as part of our ongoing journey to craft the perfect cup. This trip is rooted in something deeper than sourcing—we’re focused on building real, lasting relationships with local farmers who share our passion for quality, sustainability, and transparency. Our goal is simple: to work exclusively with small, family-owned farms that use organic methods and take pride in every step of their process.

During our time on the ground, we’ll be fully immersed—walking the fields, learning firsthand about cultivation and processing techniques, and, of course, cupping extensively. Every coffee we consider will go through careful tasting and evaluation as we continue refining what will become the signature blend for Good Grounds. This isn’t something we’re rushing. We’ve spent countless hours testing and dialing in profiles, and the farms we’re visiting represent some of our absolute favorites so far.

We believe great coffee takes time, intention, and the right partnerships. That’s why we’re committed to releasing our beans only when everything feels just right—from the sourcing to the final roast. If you want to be part of that journey and be among the first to experience the finished blend, be sure to sign up and stay connected. The best is still brewing.

Keep up with our Journey and be the first on our waitlist for our new beans!
